Therapeutic Sound Baths and Sound Healing Sessions – for individuals or groups. Sounds have vibrations that affect us on a neurological, physiological, and biochemical level. Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation.
Breathwork Sessions – helping you take control of your nervous system and teaching you ways to overcome nervousness, stress and anxiety.
Hypnotherapy – helping you to become more relaxed and more focused, allowing you to be more open to making helpful changes in your life and changing unhelpful habits.
Guided Meditations – supporting and guiding you in deepening your own personal meditation practice through sharing meditation techniques, benefits and practices.
Personal Coaching or Life Coaching – supporting and challenging you to take control of your life and make positive changes towards achieving a specific outcome.
Neuro Linguistic Programming – this can be a powerful method for eliminating negative thoughts and habits and replacing them with healthier ones that help clients achieve desired outcomes. I offer such techniques as anchoring and work with sub-modalities, which can be very effective for clients who want to break particular eating habits, for example. Professional sports people, who want to improve their psychology in order to impact their game, are often trained to employ NLP techniques.
Time Line Therapy® – the goal of this therapy is to work with the unconscious mind to help clients let go of negative emotions and limiting beliefs linked to past experiences. This supports long term transformation and healing.

FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Supervision – offering clinical or caseload supervision to individuals or groups of colleagues or practitioners. Supervision positively impacts on staff job satisfaction and retention and therefore reduces staff absence due to helping relieve some stress and anxiety issues. Being able to talk about a situation, case or issue in a confidential and safe space whilst using a recognised structure supports both the individual and the business as a whole. Supervision is not therapy, but has therapeutic benefits.
Executive Coaching – working in partnership with clients to help them navigate complex challenges and achieve desired outcomes that are positive for the person, their work culture, and the business overall.
Staff Well-being – using a range of tailor-made approaches to support individuals or teams in their own well-being.
Leadership Development – supporting your business by working with leaders to shape their beliefs, philosophies and practical approaches to ensure positive outcomes and develop effective working practices that align with the business overall.
