About Me and my Philosophy

My name is Paul Simon Wardle and my career has been in education for the past twenty-plus years. I have had the privilege of being a lead teacher, curriculum developer, Headteacher and School Improvement Partner – so working in collaboration with others has been an integral part of my work.

I have worked in the coaching and mentoring space since 2005. Undoubtedly, working with a range of coaches over the years has positively shaped my career and made me a better leader, colleague, friend and husband. I will forever be grateful for those opportunities and for the connection with those coaches – which is precisely why coaching is now my passion.

I have vast experience working with a range of coaching methods and colleagues from a range of industries or from various backgrounds. My approach is to offer flexibility to my clients and blend styles and approaches so they are personal to them. No two clients or coaching programs are the same.

My preferred approach is to explore my client’s current reality, their future ideal, and the steps to achieve these, whilst also integrating elements of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). These three stages can be completed in a sequence of three sessions. However, I can also facilitate single or extended sessions depending upon the preferences and needs of the client and what the desired outcome is.

I am a member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.

I am also a member of the Association of Psychological Therapies.
